All guests (including babies) over the cabin’s base capacity shown above and up to the cabin’s maximum capacity are charged an additional $30/day or $160/week each.
BIG TIMBER LODGE 2009 Rates & Information
Reservations: Our weeks run Saturday to Saturday during Main Season (June 27 to August 22). Short Stays are available in Spring and Fall – 2 night minimum. During Main Season if a cabin is available, short stays may be booked 2 weeks before the arrival date at a rate of 20% of the weekly rate per night.
Amenities: Available for your use without charge are: wireless high speed internet, fire pits, 24 hour use of lodge, life jackets, paddle boat, kayaks, various water & beach toys, exercise room, minnow bucket, fish basket, landing net, volleyball, horseshoes, shuffle board, holly board, basket ball, puzzles, board games, game room and many books. Also, there’s no charge for use of play & pack, high chair, life jackets and lots of fun. A complimentary coffee/cappuccino/hot chocolate hour each morning and beautiful sunsets.
Deposits: A deposit of $200 per bedroom will reserve your cabin. We will hold your reservation for seven days pending the arrival of your deposit check. The balance is due at check-in. Deposits for group rentals of 3 or more cabins are $250 per bedroom. Although we will accept Visa or MasterCard we would prefer a check or cash which allows us to reduce our service charges and keep our cabin rates down. All quoted prices are discounted for cash/check. Credit card use incurs a 3% service charge.
Boats, motors and dock charges: Boat, motors, gas and docking are not included in your cabin rate. Please reserve in advance, so you won’t be disappointed.
- 14' Lund & 6 hp motor - $180 per week or $40 per day, plus gas.
- 14’ Lund & 8 hp motor & swivel seats - $200 per week or $45 per day, plus gas.
- Launch Ramp and dock space for your boat - $60 per week or $13 per day.
- Pontoon Boat - 2000 18' Forester Pontoon with 28 hp motor $425 for week, $110 for day, $65 for ½ day, plus gas.
- Electronic Fish Finder - $30 per week or $6 per day.
- TV/VCR Combo with unlimited movie use - $30 per week or $6 per day.
- Towel Rental - $12 per set (kitchen & 2 baths), $5 for additional bath set.
Check In and Check Out: We need every minute to see that your cabin is properly cleaned. Please no early arrivals.
- Weekly Guests: Check In – after 3:00PM & Check Out – by 9:00AM
- Short Stay Guests: Check In – after 1:00PM & Check Out – by 10:00AM
Registration & Visitors: In accordance with the Minnesota Innkeepers Law all guests & all visitors must register upon arrival. For the privacy and security of all of our guests, please let us know if you are expecting visitors. We reserve the right to limit the number of visitors and will charge $12 per day per visitor.
Damage/Cleaning Deposit: We are very proud of our reputation for providing you with clean and comfortable accommodations. We ask that you check out with dishes washed and your cabin "broom clean" and vacuumed. All of our buildings are NO SMOKING.
Cancellations: Deposits, less a $100 cancellation fee, will be refunded when your reservation time has been filled. If cancellation is received within 60 days of your planned arrival and the cabin is not re-rented you are responsible for the rental and all additional charges for the full length of your confirmed reservation.
For the safety and enjoyment of all our guests we do not allow pets, jet skis or fireworks. We also ask that you observe quiet hours of 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Thank you and we look forward to seeing you soon!
